Lunch & Learn: Let's Stop Eating Plastic
A lasting solution lies in a systemic change to make plastics more useful, as we use less plastic.
Service Description
In Singapore, about 700 million kg of plastic waste is discarded every year. However, less than 10% of plastics are being recycled. Our excessive use of plastics, which has since increased due to the Covid-19 pandemic, is impacting ocean health and biodiversity. By 2050, there could be more plastics in the ocean than fish by weight! Through this experience, participants will be able to: ➔ Learn from WWF-Singapore's experts on how businesses can transform how we use plastic and how individuals can play a part too. ➔ Receive a complimentary handcrafted coaster each, locally made from recycled materials as a takeaway reminder to individually recycle or up-cycle when possible (>60 participants: S$95 per pax) (50 to 59 participants: S$115 per pax) (40 to 49 participants: S$130 per pax) (30 to 39 participants: S$145 per pax) (Minimum 30 participants to confirm this experience)
