According to ourworldindata.org, about 25% to 30% of global greenhouse gas emissions come from agricultural and food systems. Let's start small, by learning about the relationship between growing our own gardens (herbs, produce) and carbon emissions. How is a hydroponic stand related to a distillery process? Learn about the circular practices of an ideally zero-waste distillery process, using the heads, hearts and tail of all inputs within the distillery journey. This bespoke privé experience reflects edu-tainment of a sustainability experience at its best! Salut!
